Third Reading. Final Passage as amended by the Conference Committee Roll Call - 58-0

SF3246 (Cohen) Telephone solicitation calls regulation-Motion to adopt report of the Conference Committee. Senator Marty moved that the recommendation of the Conference Committee be rejected and the bill be returned to Conference Committee. Cohen - Call of the Senate. Roll Call - 22-36 - motion does not prevail-adopted Third Reading. Final Passage as amended by the Conference Committee Roll Call - 58-0
