| The Committee passed three bills including SF 3246 - regulating unsolicited telephone calls. The other bills passed by the Committee were SF 3206 - state employee social security administrative duties transfer, dependent data classification; and SF 3114 - child support obligors limited drivers' licenses and payment agreements. SF 3246 regulates unsolicited telephone calls to residential subscribers who are on a "no-call" list maintained by the Commissioner of Commerce. SF 3246 was passed as amended and referred to the Finance Committee. The Committee has no further meetings scheduled for the legislative session. |
