| The Committee passed several bills including: SF 2807 - drivers' license organ donation designation as conclusive evidence of donation intent, and SF 2697 - real estate transactions disclosure requirement. Other bills passed by the Committee: SF 3238 - nonprofit neighborhood organization members directors election, voting rights and meeting notice options; SF 2611 - Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision; SF 2559 - impounded motor vehicles shorter sale period application expansion; SF 2707 - real estate registration fee surcharge increases for real estate task force; and SF 2892 - second judicial district combined jurisdiction program. Three bill were continued on the agenda: SF 2540, SF 2541, and SF 2673. |
