| The Committee took up several bills including: SF 3030 - Responsible Lending Act of 2002 and SF 2460 - crime of assuming responsiblility for criminal acts. Other bills acted upon were: SF 2908 - Internet privacy and commercial electronic mail solicitation regulation; SF 3313 - Real estate documents electronic filing; SF 3086 - Domestic abuse cases temporary child custody provisions; SF 3302 - court judgements interest rates; SF 2922 - marriage dissolution family farm property division. (Note: the meeting was not archived in its entirety: SF 3368 - Hmong Mej Koob marriage solemnization recognized; SF 3097 - child support collection and enforcement provisions modifications; and SF 3217 - child protection or parental rights termination proceeding rights and status clarification were also listed on the agenda.) |
