	About the Debate:
	The House made an offer on the K-12 provisions; later the Senate made a K-12 counter-offer and the conference committee discussed state employee contracts. The budget reserve remains a major sticking point as well. The conference committee adopted Health and Human Services provisions and will continue to meet this evening.
