Senator Dave Knutson, R-Burnsville, made a motion to concur with House amendments on SF 1047, a bill that expands the criminal background check requirements on apartment managers. A motion not to concur with the House amendments and a request that a Conference Committee of 5 be appointed was adopted on a 35-26 Roll Call vote.
