| A motion to place S.F. 1395 (Minnesota Citizens Personal Protection Act
or the concealed weapons bill) before the full Senate was voted down. This
proposal would allow more Minnesotans to carry concealed weapons by
easing the procedure for getting a permit. Senator Pat Pariseau, author of
Senate File 1395, made the motion.
