| This bill adds the drug MDMA (Ecstacy) to the list of schedule I controlled
substances if the Board on Pharmacy finds that the substance has a high
potential for abuse, there is no currently acceptable medical use for it in the
United States, and that the abuse leads to severe psychological or physical
dependency. It also allows for penalty enhancements. Senator Linda Berglin,
