Capitol Complex Meeting Areas
Senate hearing and conference meeting rooms and other areas within the Capitol complex are available for public meetings. Arrangements must be made through the Senate Sergeant At Arms Office or the Minnesota Department of Administration, Plant Management Division, Public Event Spaces.

Request Procedure:
  1. Print and complete the Request For Use of Senate Facilities form.
  2. Mail or deliver to the Senate Sergeant At Arms Office, at the address stated at the top of this page or on the form. Upon receipt of a completed request form, authorization may be granted at the discretion of the Senate Sergeant At Arms.
