Section 1 (SF 3588, Hayden) authorizes Minneapolis to issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license at 3753 Nicollet Ave. South.

Section 2 (SF 2950, Dibble) authorizes Minneapolis to issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license at 4959 Penn Ave. South.

Section 3 (SF 2691, Dibble) authorizes Minneapolis to issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license at 5400 Penn Ave. South.

Section 4 (SF 2462, Utke) authorizes Hubbard County to issue an off-sale intoxicating liquor license for an exclusive liquor store in Akeley Township.

Section 5 (SF 2667, Frentz) authorizes  North Mankato to issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license for the Caswell Regional Sporting Complex.
