Section 1. Unlicensed individuals. Permits the supervisory ratio of licensed individuals to unlicensed individuals applicable to racking and module installation of solar photovoltaic electrical energy systems to be no more than five unlicensed individuals per licensed individual. Currently, licensed individuals can supervise no more than two unlicensed individuals.
