This bill requires the Commissioner of Human Services to update the information in the 2007 Legislative Report on runaway and homeless youth.  In developing the updated report, the commissioner must use existing data, studies, and analysis provided by the state, county, and other entities, including the different sources listed in the bill. The report must include three key elements, which are listed in subdivision 2. The report is due December 15, 2018.
