S.F. No. 690 provides that the city of St. Louis Park and the Economic Development Authority in and for the city of St. Louis Park, may use all increment generated by the extended duration of Elmwood Village TIF district to finance infrastructure improvements within or adjacent to the district. The Elmwood Village TIF district is a renewal and renovation district with a statutory duration of 15 years. In 2009, the Legislature granted a seven-year duration extension.

Effective upon compliance by the governing body of the city of St. Louis Park with local approval and filing requirements.
