|
S.F. No. 771 amends the information that must be included on the public information lists maintained by county auditors. The list must include registered voters with an inactive status. For each voter, the list must include a history of each change in status and the date that the change was made.
In addition, the county auditor must maintain a public list that includes each individual who was removed from the statewide voter registration list and the reason for the removal. This list must include the name, address, year of birth, and voting history of each individual.
