        S.F. No. 867 phases out the state general levy over six years by setting the levy amount at: $718,800,000 for taxes payable in 2018; $575,000,000 for taxes payable in 2019; $431,300,000 for taxes payable in 2020; $287,500,000 for taxes payable in 2021; $143,800,000 for taxes payable in 2022; and $0 for taxes payable in 2023 and thereafter.  

Effective for taxes payable in 2018 and thereafter.
