This bill provides a sales tax exemption for clay targets purchased by hunting clubs and retailers that are in the business or selling admission to shooting facilities. The targets must be used in providing a shooting experience on the premises of or must be sold at retail at the hunting club or shooting facility. Effective for sales and purchases made after June 30, 2017.
