|
This bill provides a sales tax exemption for precious metal bullion and bullion coin. “Precious metal bullion” is defined as bars or rounds that are at least 99.9% gold, silver, or platinum by weight, and are marked for weight, purity, and content. The bill also specifies coins that qualify as bullion coins. Effective for sales and purchases made after June 30, 2017.
