Section 1 adjusts, as of July 1, 2012, hourly rates that are charged by the State Patrol for escort services with a vehicle and without a vehicle, and for State Patrol flight services.  Beginning in fiscal year 2015, the Commissioner of Public Safety may adjust these rates to equal the costs of providing the services.
