This bill amends the Safe at Home Program, which establishes an address confidentiality process for eligible individuals who are a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking. It authorizies a court or other tribunal to issue a protective order to prevent disclosure of information that could reasonably lead to the discovery of a program participant's location if the participant is involved in a legal proceeding as a party or witness.
